Two Decades on the Job: Our First Chapter
For more than 20 years, Amanda poured her compassion and strength into nursing, caring for families through their toughest moments. Meanwhile, her husband built a career in roofing for over 3 decades, working under the open sky and through every season. We both learned the value of perseverance, attention to detail, and the kind of grit that only comes from years of honest, physical labor.
Over time, we realized it was time for a change. It started with just doing a few things for friends and family to a full on business with commercial equipment and the desire to still work with our hands and create something beautiful and made from the heart.
Creating Our Second Act: The Birth of Clerkin Creations
What started as a way to fill our evenings quickly blossomed into a shared dream. We’ve swapped scrubs and shingles for sawdust, paint, ink and engraving but our dedication hasn’t changed. Every item we make is a piece of our story, crafted with the same care we brought to every patient and every customer we have ever had.
