You can start a custom order directly through our Custom Orders page or by contacting us with your ideas, photos, or inspirations. We’ll work with you to bring your design to life, whether you already have artwork or need help creating something new.
Can I see a proof of my design before you make it?
Yes. For most personalized products, we provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. This ensures your order turns out exactly as you envisioned.
Do you accept bulk or business orders?
Absolutely. We create banners, posters, signs, window decals, and other custom products for businesses. Bulk discounts may be available depending on the size of your order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the type of product you order:
- Custom Tumblers: $4.95 flat rate
- Custom T-Shirts: $4.00 flat rate
- Pet Memorials: Free shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your custom order has been created and shipped, you can expect delivery within 4–5 business days.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS and UPS.
Can I get overnight or rush shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping options such as Overnight, Priority, or Rush Delivery are available for an additional fee. Please call or email us prior to placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide a custom quote.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders since each piece is made uniquely for you. If there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged during shipping, please email us with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the situation and provide a replacement if eligible.

We specialize in custom tumblers, memorial pieces, pet items, cookware, hunting & fishing products, and unique gifts for all occasions. We also make business signage and promotional items.
How do I care for my custom tumbler?
We recommend handwashing your tumbler to preserve the quality of the design and extend the life of your product. Avoid dishwashers and abrasive cleaning materials.
Can you recreate a design from a photo I send?
Yes, in most cases we can use your photo or design inspiration to create a custom product. Some restrictions may apply depending on image quality and copyright laws.
